Notification: <br />If Council accepts the bids and awards a contract for construction of the improvements, letters will be mailed to <br />property owners with updates on the project status. Engineering Staff maintains City Improvement project <br />webpages with the most current project information. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Timeframe: <br />Staff estimates up to 10 minutes will be needed to present this case and respond to questions. <br />Alternatives: <br />Alternative #1 - Motion to adopt Resolution #25-018 awarding a contract for Fox Ridge Estates 1st & 2nd Street <br />Reconstructions, Improvement Project #24-13. <br />Alternative #2 — Motion of other. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this improvement is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds and Stormwater Utility <br />Funds. Additionally, Park Funds are proposed to pay for the Trott Brook Cemetery parking stalls. <br />Bids were advertised in the Anoka Union Herald on November 15 and November 22, 2024.
