ORDINANCE NO. 03-04 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPER- <br /> TY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> The CJb/of Ramsey Ordains; <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br /> authorize the City to sell certain real <br /> property which property the City Council <br /> has determined is no longer necessary for <br /> the City's purposes. This Ordinance is <br /> adopted pursuant to and under the <br /> authority of Section 12.05 of the. City's <br /> Charter. <br /> SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares (he <br /> following legally described real property <br /> owned by the City, as surplus property <br /> and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br /> erty is legally described as follows: <br /> Outlot A, AEC ENERGY PARK FOURTH <br /> ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br /> enacted resolution determined the con- <br /> sideration and terms upon which the <br /> above-described property may be sold. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />· ' Ordinance #03-04 becomes effective <br /> upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br /> after its publication according to law, <br /> subject to City Charter Provision, Section <br /> 5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Minnesota, this the 11th <br /> day of February, 2003. <br /> Thomas G.
