The legal descrip~ tion of the real property is: Outlot A, AEC ENERGY PARK FOURTH ADDITION; Anoka County, Minnesota. Anoka County PIN: 27-32-25-31-0015 (the "Real Property"). The City will not consider any offers of less than $406,414.00 and will consid- er "cash only" offers. The City is NOT seeking bids.
