Water Storage Tank <br />Tower No.1 <br />Location: Ramsey, MN <br />AEC Project No. 200502 -2734 <br />Bid Evaluation <br />' Dear Mr. Jankowski <br />The bid opening for the above referenced project was held on May 2, 2001 at 10:00 <br />a.m. The following four (4) bids were received as follows: <br />' BIDDER TOTAL BID <br />TMI Coatings Inc. $77,800 <br />' Champion Coatings, Inc. 78,850 <br />LeadCon Inc. 97 <br />Tenyercoatings 105,500 <br />The Engineers Cost Estimate was $84,950. <br />AEC has reviewed the qualifications of the lowest bidder, and finds that TMI Coatings, Inc. <br />' meets the requirements of the Project Specifications.
