PC CASE # 3 <br />CONSIDER POLICY OUTLINING PROCESS FOR DEPARTMENT HEAD <br />PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS <br />By: Rhonda Heryla, Human Resources Manager <br />Background: <br />Following a discussion on April 10, 2001, the City Council gave staff direction to draft a policy <br />outlining a process to be used when writing performance appraisals for department heads.
