We feel the so-called improvements are uncalled for. <br /> <br />When my wife, daughter and I bought property in Ramsey in 1977, our most <br />noticeable enjoyment was the peace and quiet. We moved out here to get <br />away from industry, noise, etc. <br /> <br />We are positive improvements to the Ramsey airport will change that. The <br />enlargement of the Ramsey airport will lower our property value and <br />increase our taxes, including that of others in our area and the west side <br />of the city as a whole.
