SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06- _ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06-_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to add a section to establish regulations and guidelines that will <br />provide standards for storm water pollution control within the City and consistent with the <br />requirements of Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
