Hartley proceeded to review that <br />ordinance with Council in deta~l. . The cost to theCi ty to enforce the <br />ordinance would be that of in~ipns by the Tfee Inspector in the Ci ty , S <br />disease control area, an area W[hicfu is not designated in this proposed <br />ordinance.
