By doing this he can develop this and have these <br />units sold; he already has three units presold and his goal is to have all 15 units presold <br />by the end of the year. By doing that he comes $100 per quare foot and can sell Eliminating a building <br />them out at $120 per square foot, which is still $20 <br />would eliminate 1/2 million dollars for him to be able to get this development done. Mr. <br />Ness stated he can pick up this property for a lot cheaper than he can build it over here, <br />and can create revenue for the City on a challenged site.
