Outlot B will become right -of -way. Ms. Dallies advised the recommendation <br />of staff is to approve the rezoning on the subject property from E -1 Employment to PUD <br />contingent on approval of final plat for Northfork Office Condos. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Commissioner Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Trites Rolle, to <br />close the public hearing. <br />
