Preparation of Stormwater Permits Time for new Task 9100 for the preparation of Watershed Management Organization and NPDES Stormwater Permits. 2. Preparation of Wetland Permit Time for new Task 9200 for the preparation of Wetland Conservation Act (WCA). Permit, if necessary. The estimated hours for these additional items are included in the attached Supplemental Project Fee Estimate under PERMITTING II. Relative to SECTION V - PERIOD OF SERVICE we anticipate completion of the additional services by July 31, 2007. III. Under SECTION VI - COMPENSATION of the Agreement revise the total not to exceed amount to $396,877, which reflects compensation of $146,677 for this Amendment No. 1 added to the original Agreement amount of $250,200. The Supplemental Project Fee Estimate attached reflects our estimated hours and compensation for the additional services described herein. —231—
