Prior to this, if the city chooses to add <br />service or use funds for another purpose, they must notify both the FTA and FHWA to <br />get their approval. if more service is added the funds will stay with FTA. If funds are used <br />for facility expansion (capital) the funds will come from the FHWA office. There is time to <br />make this decision once we see how the service is operating and the true expenditure of <br />funds. <br />4. We are still waiting to hear from Marisol Simon (FTA) on the Buy America issue. I will call <br />her again today. <br />5.
