<br />Jan Reiter, 6522 - 153rd Lane N.W., asked where she can get a permit for Ramsey <br />Clean-up Day. <br />City Administrator Hartley stated that the fermit will be in the next regular <br />issue of the Ramsev Resident newsletter. <br />.. <br /> <br />Ms. Reiter asked if there will be citizen input during the landfill case. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that they could open it up for a few minutes. <br /> <br />Birdie Rotramel, 8435 - l67th Lane N.W., informed the Council that Autumn <br />Heights East Park is ready to go. The trees they're asking for are pine trees. <br />There are several small pines along where the County Road #83 inprovements are <br />going to be and her crew could get than at no cost. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGEIDA <br /> <br />~~tion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve the agenda with the follcwing additions/corrections: . <br /> <br />Continue public hearing to consider modifications to Development Program for <br />Developnent District No. 1 and Tax Incranent Financing Plan for Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 1 to the April 26, 1988 Council rreeting and delete Item <br />#5 fran the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Add to Council Business: <br /> <br />Case #20: Introduce ordinance amending City Code relating to park <br />dedication procedures. <br /> <br />Add to !layor and Council Input: <br /> <br />Discuss meeting with the Cities of Champlin and Dayton held on Apr il 11, <br />1988 regarding mutual concerns. <br /> <br />Follaving Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />Discuss residency issue. <br /> <br />Move Case #9 (Ski hill proposal of Waste Management of l-1innesota, Inc.) to <br />follow Case #3. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: !layer Reimann, Councilm=rnbers Sorteberg, Pearson, <br />Cox, and DeLuca.
