Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case #4: Reauest For Final Plat Approval Of Weaver Addition; Case Of <br />Mr. David Weaver: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Weaver is requesting a minor subdivision of a 13 <br />acre parcel east of Jarvis Street into one 6 acre and one 7 acre parcel. <br />Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the subdivision in the form of <br />a minor plat. The Park Commission recommended acquiring cash to satisfy <br />park dedication requirements at the time of the building permit issuance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #88-98 approving the final plat of Weaver Addition. <br />(Refer to resolution file for Resolution #88-98). <br /> <br />Motion carried. A lengthy discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adopt Resolution #88-99 approving the final plat of Oakwood Hills <br />contingent upon providing a 16 foot wide Class 5 access to Lot 2, Block 2, <br />350 feet in from Wolfram and that the developer provide utility easements <br />On Outlots C and D. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case #6: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Rambosek Red Oak Estates; <br />Case Of Mr. Jon Rambosek: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka reviewed his report dated June 14, 1988 regarding the final <br />plat of Rambosek Red Oak Estates. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution #88-100 approving the final plat of Rambosek Red Oak <br />Estates contingent upon compliance with all items listed in the City <br />Engineer's report dated June 14, 1988.
