(Refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #88-101). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting YeS: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Counci1member Cox. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the City received 10 bids for Improvement Project <br />~87-25; the low est bid was fro m 0 & P Con t r act i n g . <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution #88-102 accepting bids for Improvement Project ~87-25 and <br />awarding a contract to O&P Contracting, Inc. for such improvements. (Refer <br />to resolution file for Resolution ~88-102). <br /> <br />Motioon carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case #8: Dvsi'rosium Street Improvement Project #87-19 and #87-26: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka presented plans for the connection of Dysprosium Street from <br />the Flintwood Hills 4th Addition to Cty. Rd. #5. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #88-103 approving plans and specifications and ordering <br />advertisement for bids for Improvement Project #87-19 and #87-26. (Refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #88-103). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None.
