Mr. Raatikka <br />replied that the residents on either side of the sewer alignment through <br />those subdivisions would be notified; the project costs includes <br />reconstruction of their road would be and they will not be assessed. Mr. <br />Hartley noted that the residents of Ramsey Terrace and Flintwood Hills will <br />not benefit from the project and are not proposed to be assessed; if at <br />some future time they should want utilities in those areas. they would have <br />to construct taps into the system and pay for the cost of doing so. <br /> <br />Motion carried. '10 Study <br />recommends an overpass at the intersection of Cty. Rd. '56 and Rwy. '10. <br />the following recommendation is being presented to City Council for concept <br />approval: Locate the Mississippi River bridge crossing west of Foster <br />Island to align in Ramsey between County Roads #56 and #83; real ign the <br />intersection of County Road #83 and Hwy. 110 further east and extend County <br />Road '83 to intersect with County Roads U5. 124 and #47 through Burns. <br /> <br />County Commissioner Raas Steffen was present and noted that per Ramsey's <br />City Council/June 14. 1988 <br /> <br />Page 9 of 14 <br /> <br />i9 <br />
