Hartley inquired if Mr. Conway Olson ".'ould be ,,'illing to serve as <br />Ramsey's agent of record until after the election. <br /> <br />Mr. Conway Olson replied that he would be willing to serve as Ramsey's <br />agent of retord until after the election for a fee. <br /> <br />Mr. Hadtrath stated that he is ldlling to serve as the City's agent of <br />record until after the election f or no fee. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pears on to <br />table selection of an agent of record until the regular Council meeting <br />scheduled for the first Tuesday in December 1988 and to direct the Ci ty <br />Attorney to negotiate with T. C. Field and Company to serve as Ramsey's <br />agent of record through December 15, 1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Pearson and DeLuca. Voting No: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />None. Abstained: Councilmember Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pears on <br />directing the Hayor and City Administrator to enter into the appropriate <br />documents to extend Ramsey's insurance coverage as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Blork 4. <br />No.,.thfo~k. <br /> <br />Mr. Bartley explained that there is a situation where a home was built on <br />the drainage easement on Lo~ 4, Block 4, Northfork. Mr. Dennis Peck of <br />North Fork, Inc. is requesting that a portion of the dr~inage easement be <br />vacated. Ramsey is concerned with the function of the easement and the <br />safety of the home. Mr. Hartley stated that City Staff i.s recommending. <br />that the vacation of the easement be tabled until the City Engineer and <br />engineers from North Fork specifically determine where the drainage <br />easements should be relocated to. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />table action on vacating drainage easement on Lot 4, Block 4, North Fork. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Pears on inquired as to how situations <br />like this happen.
