David Schulte is requestirq; a conditional use pennit to grade and excavate 100,000 cubic yards of soils from Lots 6,7, S, 9, and 10 of Block 1, in Oakwood Hills. Motion by Counc ilmember S orteberg .and see onded by Counc ilmemb er Bawden to adopt Findings of Fact 0225 relating to Mr. Schulte's request for a conditional use permit to grade and excavate soils from the plat of Oakwood Eills.Further, that the following amendments shall be made to the findings of fact: Item #6 should indicate that the applicant is proposing to excavate materials in the process of development of the plat rather than in the process of constructing Xenon Street.
