Hurd- <br />Used vehicle sales lot. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto recalled that City Council approved a conditional use permit for <br />Hr. Hurd to have a used vehicle sales lot at the intersection of County <br />Road 56 and Highway 10. Mr. Otto stated that Mr. Hurd is currently in <br />violation of the conditional use permit in the follo,,",ing ways: <br /> <br />1. The access from County Road 56 has not been relocated to 'Within <br />the boundaries of the proposed frontage road adjacent to the <br />railroad tracks. <br /> <br />2. Dedication of easement for the proposed frontage road along the <br />railroad tracks has not been provided. <br /> <br />3. The exit onto Highway 10 has not been relocated to the Western <br />boundary of the property. <br /> <br />4. An additional 27 feet of right-of-way along Ramsey Blvd. has not <br />been dedicated to the County for future improvements to that <br />road. <br /> <br />. .' <br /> <br />Mr. Otto also stated that Mr. Hurd cannot comply with those conditions of <br />the permit requiring dedication of easement because he is not the legal <br />owner of the property. Mr. Otto also noted that Mr. Hurd has paved his <br />vehicle sales lot to within the 27 feet of right-of-way to be dedicated to <br />the County. Mr. Otto has discussed this matter ,,-ith the County and they <br />are willing to forego dedication of that 27 feet of right-of-way until such <br />City Council I September 27, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 13 of 18 <br /> <br />3~ <br />
