<br />.................'..n <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />On' or RAMS EY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Cit)' Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 25, <br />1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 l\owthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />MembersPreseJlt: !-layor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br />Councilmember David Bawden <br />Councillllember Al Sorteberg <br /> <br />Als 0 PreseJlt: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City EngiJleer Peter Raatikka <br />Acting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called. the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />C!TIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Gerald Bauer -6131 GreeD Valley Road - Stated that Council granted <br />preliminary plat approval to GreeD Valley Estates 2nd Addition about one <br />month ago contingent upon Mn/DoT approval of access; requesting Council <br />review of substantial changes recommended by It..n/DoT. <br /> <br />Bill Ayers - 7210 161st Avenue N.W. - Stated that he and other persons are <br />present to address Case :(/6, proposed Cbarter amendment; those present have <br />other commitments this evening and request that Council move Case (:6 up on <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />Council agreed that Case tt6 ,.ill be discussed follcn.'ing Case if!. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated tbat Waste Y!anagement of Minnesota, Inc. has requested <br />that their request for a conditional use permit be withdrawn from the <br />October 25, 1988 Council agenda and placed on the November 15, 1988 Council <br />agenda. Bladholm Brothers is requesting that their request for a <br />conditional use permit be removed from the Council agenda until they can <br />prepare an amended conditional use permit request. <br /> <br />Motion b)' Counc:i1member D.eLuca and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />withdraw Case (;.4 (Request for a conditional use permit; case of Bladholm <br />City Council/October 25, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 18 <br /> <br />... <br />~. <br />
