Voting 1\0: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />withdraw Case fJ5 (Request for a conditional use permit; case of Waste <br />Management of Minnesota. Inc.) fromtbe Council agenda per the applicant's <br />request. <br /> <br />Further t>iscussion: City Attorney Goodrich stated that Mr. Thomas Williams <br />would like the opportunity to address Waste Management's request fora <br />conditional use permit. Mayor Reimann stated that he does not think it <br />would he proper to accept public comments regarding a particular case <br />when Council is in the process approving the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann. Councilmembers Sorteberg. <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />approve tbe agenda with the follOldng adjustments: <br /> <br />a) Case *6 will be addressed following Case *1. <br /> <br />b) Case *4 and Case #5 being withdrawn. <br /> <br />c) Add Case :fJ20 (Review of Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition). <br /> <br />d) Discussion of lobbying effort on levy limits during Mayor and <br />Council Input. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
