That plat was revised and approved again in <br />October of 1987. Since 120 days have elapsed since approval, reapproval is <br />necessary in order to file the plat. Mr. Boser is requesting reapproval of <br />the plat reviewed in February of 1987. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />void final plat approval granted to P~msey Ridge on October 27,1987. <br /> <br />Motion ca=-ried.
