(Refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #88-118). <br /> <br />2) Receive petition for local improvement to pave Waco Street N.W. and <br />Waco Drive N.W. and adopt Resolution #88-118A declaring adequacy of <br />petition and ordering tbe preparation of a feasiblity report. (Refer <br />to resolution file for Resolution #88-11810. <br /> <br />3) Approve amusement center and billiard tables license for Cue-Time <br />Billiards, 14918 St. Francis Blvd. N.W., in River's Bend Plaza. <br /> <br />4) Appoint Dale Henderson to serve on tbe Ramsey Landfill Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Y~yor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: . Request For Conditional Use Permit To Operate h Private <br />Kennel: Case Of Lawrence And Micbe1e Zan~la: <br /> <br />Lawrence and Micbele Zangla were present. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated tbat tbe Zangla's are requesting a private kennel license <br />in order to be able to keep 6 of tbeirown dogs; Planning and Zoning <br />recommended approval of tbe request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0211 relating to Lawrence and Micbele Zangla's <br />request for a conditional use permit. (Refer to findings of fact file for <br />Findings of Fact 0211). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
