Chapter 130.09 <br />Of The Ramsey City Code: <br /> <br />City Attorney presented two proposed ordinances to be considered for <br />introductJ.on by COuncil; one would increase the number of oft-sale llquor <br />licenses to 3 and the other would authorize an unlimited number of oft-sale <br />liquor licenses in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />introduce Ordinance i88-X increasing the number of oft-sale liquor ll.censes <br />in Ramsey to three (3). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox noted that when this ordinance comes <br />back to Council for adoption, there should be information available <br />regarding the eligibility and time frame for application and issuance of an <br />off-sale liquor license. Bob Muller was present and requested information <br />regarding any restrictions on the number of oft-sale ll.censes one <br />individual or corporation may hold. Mr. Goodnch replied that he belleves <br />an individual or company is restricted to one off-sale and one on-sale <br />license; he will research it further. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimarm, Councilrranbers Sorteberg, Cox <br />and Pearson. voting No: Councilrrember DeLuca. <br /> <br />Case #8: Receive Feasibility Report For 1988 Sealcoating Improvement <br />Projects And Set Date For Public Hearings: <br /> <br />Motion by COuncilnember COx and seconded by COuncilnernber DeLuca to adopt <br />ReSOlutions #88-33, #8H-34, #8H-35, #8~-36, #8H-3/ receivl.ng feasibility <br />reports and calling for public hearings for Seal coating Improvement <br />Projects #88-4, #88-5, #88-6, #88-7, #88-8. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolutions #88-33 - #88-37) . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Payor Reimann, COuncilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
