<br />Planning and Zoning Commission has recomrrended approval of the request for <br />a six month ~riOd. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley read a letter from Robert BrCMn of Production Design Products, <br />Inc. dated February 2, 1988 in which opposition to the request was <br />expressed. <br /> <br />Council indicated reluctance to approve a permit that would resolve one <br />mess while creating another one. <br /> <br />Councilnember Cox noted that a:>BG funds have already been funneled Vla the <br />Economic Development Company Revolving Loan Fund into dismantllng and <br />removing old buses fran 14050 Basalt. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that the City has legal nghts to request that the buses <br />be removed from 6106 Hwy. #10 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrrember Councilrnember Cox and seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson to adopt Findings of Fact 0194, amended as follows, regarding Mr. <br />Roger Suter's request for a conditionel use permit: (Please refer to <br />findings of fact tile for Findings of Fact 0194.) . <br /> <br />Add Item #24 to indicate that the City recently expended CDBG funds <br />to remove debris from 14050 Basalt Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Bayor Reimann, Councilmernbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Notion by Councilmernber DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />deny Mr. Roger Suter's request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />fution carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilrrembers Sorteberg, Cox.. <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson <br />directing City staff to pursue permission to dismantle the buses at their <br />location on 6106 ~y. #10 N.W. or approprlate legal action to have the <br />buses removed from the property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: l".ayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Peqrson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: R.~est For Appearance To Discuss Road Right-Of-Way~ Case Of <br />Mr. David Schulte: <br /> <br />Mr. !\orris reported that Ivl.r.
