Breezy Outdoor has requested
that their case be forwarded directly to City Council.

Polly Shovein - Breezy Outdoor, Inc. - Stated that she appeared before
Planning and Zoning with a request for a conditional use permit to
construct an advertising sign that will meet all of the requirements of the
City's sign ordinance with the exception of the sign copy. Advertising for
a sign is not usually solicited until the ~rmit is obtained from the City;
will comply with City ordinance requirement to advertise the activity on
the subject property or within 2500 feet of the subject property. Ms.
Shovein noted that she has also done some investigating and while cities
have the authority to regulate advertising, it is questionable whether
cities can regulate content.

Case #5: R.~est For Conditional Use Permit To Dismantle Buses: Case Of
Mr. Roger SUter:

Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Suter is requesting a conditional use permit to
transfer 15 buses fram 6106 ~y. #10 N.W. to 14U50 for dismantling.
