Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Refer to page 6 for further action. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval Of Flintwood Hills 5th <br />Addition; Case Of Mr. Dick Carson: <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Carson was present. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris reported that Mr. Dick Carson is proposing to plat Outlots M and <br />N of the FlintwoodPUD and develop them with a 4 and 6 unit apartment <br />building and a 5,000 square foot office building. Planning and Zoning has <br />recommended preliminary plat approval; concerns of adjacent single family <br />homeowners expressed at the public hearing will be addressed in the site <br />plan and development agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann suggested that the site plan and development agreement <br />address in specific terms the size and shape of trees to be used as <br />screening from adjacent single family dwellings and a schedule for <br />completion of screening. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve Mr. Dick Carson's request for preliminary plat approval of <br />Flintwood Hills 5th Addition. <br /> <br />"- <br />} <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Adopt 1988 Bud~et: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #88-3 adopting the 1988 operating budget . (Please refer <br />to resolution file for. Resolution #88-3). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Countv Road #56 Study: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution /188-4 requesting the County of Anoka to install a cros $walk and <br />related signage at 149th Avenue N.W. and County Road #56 and to request the <br />County of ANoka to complete a speed zone study for County Road #56 <br />following the installation of the crosswalk. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #88-4). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
