<br />-.... <br />j <br /> <br />that he informed Mr. Holasek that it is not likely that all agreements will <br />be identical because the property being conveyed is not identical; as <br />proposed, the agreements all Come close to a dollar value of $22,OOO/acre. <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Mr. Holasek has indicated that he will not sign an <br />agreement that does not include construction of these accesses onto Front <br />Street and if it is not included, perhaps he would not even want to spend <br />the money to have his attorney review the contract. <br /> <br />Mr. Ed Hamilton, co-owner of the subject property with Mr. Holasek, was <br />present and stated he had no comments to offer. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the real property and <br />acquisition agreement, as presented to City Council on January 12, 1988, <br />making an offer for easement and right-bf-way acquisition from Winslow <br />Rolasek and Laura Hamilton. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca stated that the City should have <br />acquired the easements at the appraisor's recommendation instead of <br />consuming all this staff time to end up offering terms that have a dollar <br />value very close to the appraisor's figure. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox <br />and Pearson.
