Mr. Hartley will prepare a report <br />for Council on the density and urban service area issue. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Counc i lmember Pears on to <br />adopt Resolution 188-11 receiving the feasibility report and calling for a <br />public bearing for sewer and water Improvement Project 187-27 from 149th <br />Avenue N.W. to Outlot B) Rum Acres Estates. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution 188-11). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann) Councilmembers DeLuca and <br />Pearson.. Voting No: None. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann) Councilmembers DeLuca and <br />Absent: Councilmembers Sorteberg and Cox. <br /> <br />Case #5: Adout Interim EmerVencv Ordinance Rerulatin~ Use Of <br />Snowmob iles: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated tbat the Park Commission is reviewing an in-depth <br />ordinance establishing regulations for snowmobile use. In tbe interim) it <br />is recommended that tbe City adopt the emergency snowmobile ordinance tbat <br />has been drafted to bring some immediate relief to tbe snowmobile <br />complaints.
