<br />-) <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley recalled that there have been discussions regarding the need to <br />upgrade the telephone system at City Hall and presented the specifications <br />that were prepared by staff. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmernber Cox and seconded by Councilmernber Pearson to <br />authorize the City Administrator to request proposals to prov ide an <br />electronic key telephone system for the Ramsey Municipal Center to be <br />received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 15, 1988. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilnenber DeLuca noted that the provisions for <br />the maintenance of a system is a very important feature to be considered in <br />the proposals. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: l>"~yor Reimann, Councilnembers Cox, DeLuca and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Elevated Water Storage Tank Inproverrent project #87-19: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka presented specifications for the construction of a <br />water tower. <br /> <br />{'xit:i.on by Councilnanber Cox and seconded by Councilnember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #88-44 approving plans and specifications and ordering <br />advertisement for bids for Improvement Project #87-19. AGENDA <br /> <br />2) Approving bills - <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann inquired if the $245 bill fran Northern Counties Secretarial <br />Service was for taking minutes at one meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Bartley replied that it was and noted that the City is phasing out of <br />utilizing that secretarial service. <br /> <br />COuncilnanber Cox inquired about the cost for 4 training films. <br /> <br />Mr. Bartley stated that he ordered those films, that they are informative <br />and he ",'ill be' reviewing the information in them with Council as well as <br />City Staff.; <br /> <br />?fJOtion by Councilrrember Pearson and seconded by Councilmembe r DeLuca to <br />adopt Resolution #88-45 approving first half bills for the month of l>"~rch, <br />1988.
