To <br />Construct A Recreational Ski Hill On The Slopes Of The Anoka <br />Regional La~df;'l Site: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the sole purpose of this special meeting is to <br />review the prop::>sal by l'Vaste Management of lo'J.nnesota, Inc. to construct a <br />ski hill, provide a free clean-up day annually, provide the grading of a <br />road in the nort..l1 buffer area and provide several amenities relating to the <br />operation of a ski hill. Representatives of Waste ~enagement, City Staff <br />and Cotmcilnernber Cox have been negotiating this agreanent over the past 3 <br />m:mths . <br /> <br />!viI. Hartley explained that Ramsey is soon to receive an application from <br />Waste }Enagernent regarding a conditional use permit.
