(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution *88-49). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Hartley reviewed particular points of the <br />resolution. <br /> <br />l-btion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Counci1members Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilrrernber Cox. <br /> <br />Case #10: Letter Of Intent To Maintain Or Irrprove &1i1ding Code <br />Rec;v1irernents: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that a number of businessmen in the community have <br />expressed concern with the quality and tyPe of development the City has <br />been p:mitting. They would like some assurance that if they expand and <br />improve their businesses, the City will maintain or improve upon building <br />code requirements as they relate to quality of construction. <br /> <br />lIiOtion by Counci1member DeLuca and seconded by Councilrnember Pearson to <br />approve a letter of intent to maintain or improve upon building code <br />requirements and quality of construction within the City of Ramsey's <br />commercial/industrial areas and to authorize the ~~yor to sign said letter <br />on behalf of t..'r}e City Council. <br /> <br />Hotion carried.
