Absent: Councilrrernber Cox. <br /> <br />Case #10: Letter Of Intent To Maintain Or Irrprove &1i1ding Code <br />Rec;v1irernents: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that a number of businessmen in the community have <br />expressed concern with the quality and tyPe of development the City has <br />been p:mitting. They would like some assurance that if they expand and <br />improve their businesses, the City will maintain or improve upon building <br />code requirements as they relate to quality of construction. <br /> <br />lIiOtion by Counci1member DeLuca and seconded by Councilrnember Pearson to <br />approve a letter of intent to maintain or improve upon building code <br />requirements and quality of construction within the City of Ramsey's <br />commercial/industrial areas and to authorize the ~~yor to sign said letter <br />on behalf of t..'r}e City Council. <br /> <br />Hotion carried.
