The Personnel Committee recommends approval of the request <br />contingent upon the employees reimbursing the $60 administrative fee to the <br />City. <br /> <br />l-btion by Councilm:rnber Pearson and seconded by Councilnember Sorteberg to <br />approve of the Denticare plan being available to City of Ramsey employees <br />contingent upon the employees being responsible for the $60 annual <br />administrative fee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Block 1. <br />Voltin's Oak Hill Estates: Case Of Mr. Dale Voltin: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that at the time Vol tin , s Oak Hill Estates was platted, <br />the developer entered into an agreement to not split Lot 4, Block I until <br />a southerly access was provided. Mr. Jon Rambosek has purchased and <br />developed the northern portion of Lot 4 and it cannot be recorded unless <br />the City approves the lot split. Mr. Goodrich stated that both properties, <br />particularly the southern portion of Lot 4, are coming before the City <br />Council as part of a plat in the very near future; that plat includes <br />streets into this area. <br /> <br />?>btion by Councilnember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve of a metes and bounds subdivision of Lot 4, Block 1, Vol tin's Oak <br />Eill Estates, contingent upon the follCMing: <br /> <br />a) Hr.
