Absent: Councilrnember Cox. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case *2: Estab1ishment Of Tax Increment Districts: <br /> <br />r1r 0 P.:artley stated that Ramsey's Bond Cousel is advising that action be <br />taken to modify Development District No. 1 and establish tax increment <br />financing districts to incluae the ~2tron property and that property <br />abutting t."r1e prop::>sed align!nent for t."r1e Front Street irrprovement project. <br /> <br />~btion by Co~~ci1~ber Sorteberg and seconded by Co~~cilme~r Pearson to <br />adopt ReSOlution #88-55 modifying Development District No. 1 and <br />establishing Tax Increment Financing District No.2.
