None. <br /> <br />Case 17: !dont Ordinance Increasin~ Landfill Tinnin~ Fee From $.15 To <br />~.2S Per Cubic Yard: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Ordinance #87-10 which is an ordinance increasing the landfill tipping fee <br />from $.15 to $.25 per cubic yard. (Please refer to ordinance file for <br />Ordinance ,87-10). <br /> <br />Case #8: Sewer And Water Proiect South Of U.S. Hi~hway 110: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he and Mr. Goodrich have met with property owners <br />regarding an acceptable price for easements for tbe sewer and water project <br />soutb of Hwy. #10. Mr. Hartley stated that he believes an agreement can be <br />reached, but he does not bave an agreement to propose this evening. <br /> <br />Council tabled this case until the regular Council meeting scheduled for <br />December 22, 1987. <br /> <br />Case #9: Policy On Nepotism: <br /> <br />;_J <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adopt the policy on nepotism as proposed in this December 8, 1987 Council <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: ~opt 1988 Bud~et: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the final draft of the 1988 budget is not yet <br />available for review and adoption; tbe only action requested this evening <br />is a 1987 budget amendment for the purchase of a mobile warming bouse, <br />police base station radio and a contribution to the Jaycees "Keep A.merica <br />Beautiful Program". <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution #87-272 approving amendments to the 1987 operating budget. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
