Commissioner LaDue troved the adoption of the following findings of fact: FINDINGS OF FACT t0193 SCENIC SIGN CORroRATION TIM OOYLE 1. .The Scenic Sign Corporation and l-tr. Tim Doyle, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" has pror;erly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance fran Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code regarding the size of a free standing sign in commercial areas. That part of, Lo~, .26, Auditors Subdivision No. 96 described as follows: Corranencing at a' point on the Northerly line of said Lot 26 which is 200 feet Easterly of the N::>rtheast corner of Lot 13 said subdivision as measured along the Northerly line of said Lot 26; then Southerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot 13 for 190 feet; then Westerly parallel with the N::>rtherly line of said Lot 26 for 200 feet and to the Southeast corner of said Lot 13; then Southerly on an eA~ension southerly of the Easterly line of said Lot 13 for 260 feet then Easterly at an interior angle to the N::>rtheast of 91 degrees 30 minutes for 427.1 feet; ther. Northeasterly with a deflection angle to the left of 66 degrees 50 minutes for 49 feet; then Northeasterly with a deflection angle to the right of 36 degrees 24 minutes for 50.8 feet; then Easterly with a deflection angle to the right of 13 degrees 50 minutes for 51 feet; then Northerly with a deflection angle to the left 74 degrees 4 minutes for a distance of 168.1 feet; then Easterly with a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees 26 minutes for 99 feet; then Northerly with a deflection angle to the left of 89 degrees 25 rrQnutes for 163.1 feet and to the Northerly line of said Lot 26; then Northwesterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 26 to the point of commencing, together \dth an easement for road purposes over that part of Lot 26, Auditors Subdivision No. 96 described as follCMS: Commencing at the most Northeasterly corner of the above described parcel; then Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line thereof for 40 feet; then Northeasterly in a straight line to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 26 which is 8 feet Westerly as measured along said Northerly line of the Northwesterly corner of Lot 14 said subdivision; then Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 26 to the p:::>int of beginning of this easement. 4. Tnat the subject property is located in thE: B-1 B.1siness District and is approxirrately 5.2 acres in size. 5. That the subject pror;erty fronts Highvlay 10. 6. Tnat the Applicant is proposing to construct a 145 square foot free- standing sign on the subject prop:rty. ~
