Jim Howell <br /> <br />9lliL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting to order at <br />7:4 p.m. <br /> <br />CITlz,EN INPtJr <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Zimmerman, Terry and Holm. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Howell and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway adjourned the meeting at 7:04 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearings: <br /> <br />Request for variance from Section 170.076 of the City Code to <br />construct a deck which will encroach on the required setback from the <br />Rtml River; case of Ken and Sandy VoId. <br /> <br />Request for variance from Section 170.015G of the City Code to <br />construct an accessory structure taller than permitted; case of Mr. <br />Gerald Ackerman. <br /> <br />, <br />,. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment/May 25, 1988 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />31r <br />
