<br />.~ <br /> <br />~,n...~ <br />'J <br /> <br />'::.) <br /> <br />AIRPORT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Airport Commission conducted a regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />January 13, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Jack Ippel, Chairman <br />Mr. Dennis Donovan <br />Mr. Richard Emery <br />Mr. Virgil Barnes <br />Mr. Don Greenberg (arrived 8:05p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Merland OttO/Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Erickson <br />Mr. David Chapman <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Ippe1 called the regular Airport Commission meeting to order at <br />7:42 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Second Public Informational Meetin~ On The Airoort <br />Environmental Assessment: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that all information pertaining to the Environmental <br />Assessment and Acquisition and Relocation Plan should be in draft form by <br />mid-February. Allowing 30 days for public review, the public hearing could <br />be held in mid-March. <br /> <br />It was suggested that the Environmental Assessment indicate that property <br />owners in Zone A are not opposed to the airport project as reflected on <br />page 4 of the November 12, 1987 Airport Commission meeting minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto proceeded to review noise impact data. Three scenarious were <br />created between the present and 2005 based on forecasted airport activity <br />and the results were that virtually all noise that would be of any impact <br />at all is contained on airport property as proposed. <br />far. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto then proceeded to review information contained on Attachments I, <br />II and III to these minutes regarding cost of aiport to community with and <br />Airport Commission/January 13, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
