<br />~- <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />RwisaL - <br />PRorosED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT j1~ r f'j -#' \ <br />MARK AND LUANN BROZAK ~ <br /> <br />On _, 198_, a conditional use permit was issued to Mark and LuAnn <br />Brozak to operate a print shop fran their garage on the property generally <br />known as 7351 151st Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That p3.rt of the South 165 feet of the North 1045 feet of the West <br />1538 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range <br />25, Moka County, Minnesota, lying East of a line drawn from a point <br />880 feet South of the North line and 1200 feet East of the West line <br />of said Southeast Quarter to a point 1045 feet South of the North line <br />and 1273 feet East of the West line of said Southeast Quarter (subject <br />to road easement over the Westerly 33 feet and the South 33 feet <br />thereof) . <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use permit shall expire one year from date of <br />execution of this permit. <br /> <br />2. There shall be no exterior storage of materials or inventory. <br /> <br />3. No exterior displays of the print shop shall be permitted. <br /> <br />4. Employees of the print shop shall be only those persons residing <br />on the subject property. <br /> <br />5. There shall be no merchandise displayed or offered for sale. <br /> <br />6. No signs advertising the print shop shall be permitted on the <br />property. <br /> <br />7.
