RwisaL - PRorosED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT j1~ r f'j -#' \ MARK AND LUANN BROZAK ~ On _, 198_, a conditional use permit was issued to Mark and LuAnn Brozak to operate a print shop fran their garage on the property generally known as 7351 151st Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: That p3.rt of the South 165 feet of the North 1045 feet of the West 1538 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Moka County, Minnesota, lying East of a line drawn from a point 880 feet South of the North line and 1200 feet East of the West line of said Southeast Quarter to a point 1045 feet South of the North line and 1273 feet East of the West line of said Southeast Quarter (subject to road easement over the Westerly 33 feet and the South 33 feet thereof) . This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. The conditional use permit shall expire one year from date of execution of this permit. 2. There shall be no exterior storage of materials or inventory. 3. No exterior displays of the print shop shall be permitted. 4. Employees of the print shop shall be only those persons residing on the subject property. 5. There shall be no merchandise displayed or offered for sale. 6. No signs advertising the print shop shall be permitted on the property. 7. No drop-in business shall be permitted. 8. 9. 10. Mark and LuAnn Brozak hereby acknowledge receipt of this conditional use permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of the permit and have agreed that they will cause compliance with the terms of this permit.
