RENNER

DEAR COMMITTEE,

I would like to take this opp::>rtuni ty to again be a member
of the LANDFILL COMMITTEE. I have been a past member two
years ago and stepped down due to conflict of interest.
I feel that working closely with the Minnesota Department
of Health on ground water protection on a State wide basis,
tha t I cou Id be a good member on thi s committee. I ha ve
worked in the water well drilling industry all my life.
I would like to help the City of Ramsey not only in the
Landfill issue and related areas but also in ground water
protection. This would be easier working with a committee
which already has exposure to related ideas working with
the landfill and environment protection.

I am 39 years old. A Graduate from St. Cloud University
in Engineering. I have been a member of the Twin City
Geologist Association for the last 15 years and a past board
member of the American Water Hesources Association. I have
been on the board of directors for the Anoka Area Chamber
of Commerce and an officer of the Anoka Council 2018 of the
Knights of Columbus. I have drilled personally over 300
wells in the city of Ramsey and was involved in the drilling
and design of City Well #2 and the hockey rink well at Central
Park.

~~i;;;~

Raymond T.
