<br />Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-___ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />(156TH AVE. & HEMATITE ST.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted June 14, 1988, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to the <br />tarvia surfacing improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 156th Ave. N.W. between High Point and Co. Rd. No. 56 <br />b) Hematite Street N.W. between 156th Ave. N.W. and Beaudry's <br />Second Addition <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey city Council on <br />July 12, 1988, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project <br />Estimated Total Assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost): <br />Estimated Annual Assessment per unit <br />10 year term <br /> <br />$69,550.00 <br />$ 2,897.92 <br />$ 451.50 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the tarvia <br />surfacing improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $ <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 9th day of August, 1988, in the Council Chambers of <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement <br />as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />Resolution #88-___ <br /> <br />~ <br />
