<br />councilmember <br />moved for its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-___ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF RIGHT OF WAY PLANS (IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT NO. 88-21 153RD AVENUE BETWEEN ANDRIE STREET AND U.S. TRUNK <br />HIGHWAYS 10 & 169. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Ramsey has agreed in a stipulated agreement <br />signed on March 16, 1988 to construct at no cost to any of the parties <br />hereto, with the exception of North Fork providing the right of way <br />north of the railroad, the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. between T.H. <br />10 and Andrie Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above described street is located on the City'S <br />Municipal State Aid street (MSAS) System, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MSA streets are to be paid for by MSA funds and require <br />approved plans prior to the expenditure of MSA funds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />stipulated Agreement signed on March 16, 1988. <br /> <br />2) That Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall <br />prepare right of way plans for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of July, 1988. <br /> <br />7:J., <br />
