<br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />INFORMATION ItEMS <br /> <br />1. The Plannir,g and Zoning Commission will hold a special meeting on <br />Thursday, January 21, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. Ms. Pat Rudolph of the Anoka <br />County Soil and Water Conservation District and Mr. Jon Christensen of <br />the Anoka County Environmental Services Division will be at the meeting <br />to discuss soils, water tables, soil tests and their relationship to <br />the platting process and on-site septic systems. <br /> <br />2. On December 8,1987, the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a) Reviewed the proposed sketch plan of Mr. John Rambosek, Mr. Dave <br />Schulte and Mr. Dale Voltin. The Council commented favorably and <br />suggested that the plats address future subdivision and road align- <br />ments that would coordinate with potential future development of <br />the adjacent property owned by Bill Weiss. <br /> <br />b) Adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 110 of the City Code <br />establishing regulations for keeping wild animals as recommended <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />c) Adopted an ordinance amending Section 170.017 of the City Code <br />establishing performance standards fer grading, mining and <br />excavating operations as recommended by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />el <br />
