<br />agreement between NDH, Inc. and the City of Ramsey for tbe Flintwood II <br />PUD and permitted uses in a PUD zone in effect at the time the PUD was <br />approved. <br /> <br />~ommissioner Hendriksen stated that he recalls attending the meeting <br />between developers, city and public; he also recalls tbat no minutes were <br />taken. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes <br />of November 29, 1983 indicated that Ralph Hendrickson and Stan Data <br />suggested a meeting between the citizens, a member of P&Z and NDH to <br />discuss alternatives to the Flintwood II proposal. Mr. Goodrich stated <br />that even if there were minutes of this meeting, they would not necessarily <br />be binding; only signed agreements are legally binding. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman stated that there may have been meetings regarding the <br />Flintwood II PUD that are not required by law and therefore no minutes were <br />taken. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Hendrickson to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commis s ioners Shumway,. <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Holm, Howell and Terry.
