Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: 1988 Bud~et: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that any final adjustments to the proposed 1988 budget <br />should be brought up for discussion at this time; plans are to officially <br />adopt the budget at the Dece~ber 8 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox recalled a fc:-m.er Council discussion regarc~ng matcbi..g <br />the Jaycee's offer and contributing $625 for tbe Keep America Beautiful <br />System entry fee; this action should proceed using 1987 General Fund <br />Reserve for the expenditure. <br /> <br />~:".
