DI0 from Dayton Port have been received from Mn/DoT. <br />The hearing bet,,'een the City and Burlington Northern to establish Dayton <br />Port as a public crossing has been postponed from December 8 to some time <br />in January; the scheduling of hearing dates are beyond the City's control. <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Burlington Northern has also agreed to prepare .Ii <br />map indicating possible alternate alignments for relocating the railroad <br />tracks. <br /> <br />Case HIO: Findin~s Of Fect And Conditional Use Permit For Waste <br />Manavement Of Minnesota.
