In review of the written statement for the PUD, the proposed schedule is <br />too optimistic. Construction of the second sewer connection to Ramsey by <br />the Netropolitan Waste Control Corrrnission between ~:c'y and July is <br />impossible. A more realistic date for completion of the second connection <br />would be December 1, 1984 provided everything stays on schedule. <br /> <br />9. As stated previously in our November 23, 1983 letter, access to the PUD is <br />~rot>osed from S.T.H. No. 47 and Industry Avenue. lhe moin thoroughfare <br />running through the PUD has been designated as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />(II,SAS). It is proposed that this street ~.'Ould carry traffic eventually <br />from County State Aid Highway No.5 to U.S. Highway 10. The City1s <br />policy on ~SA streets is to limit acce~s and require 50 feet building <br />setbacks. In the case of a PUD, the policies may be relaxed for this type <br />of development. <br /> <br />10.
