The City Administrator is then directed to record the Notice of Completion with Anoka County to have said portion of drainage easement removed from the title of said property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Cich Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Hardin and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 17th day of December, 1991.
