1 (1) Freestanding signs equal to or over 7 feet in height. <br />2 <br />a. <br />The names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the follow- <br />3 <br />ing parties: <br />4 <br />i. The applicant, <br />5 <br />ii. The owner of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, <br />6 <br />iii. The owner of the sign, and <br />7 <br />iv. The person to be erecting or affixing the sign. <br />8 <br />b. <br />Address and location of the property where the sign will be installed. <br />9 <br />c. <br />Type of sign (pylon or monument). <br />10 <br />d. <br />Dimensions of the sign. <br />11 <br />e. <br />Height of the sign. <br />12 <br />f. <br />A lot survey showing the proposed sign location, existing signs located on the <br />13 <br />subject property, nearby buildings and structures, public streets, rights -of -way, <br />14 <br />public easements, and property lines. <br />15 <br />g. <br />Detailed schematics of the sign. <br />16 <br />h. <br />Detailed specifications of sign illumination, including the source and type of illu- <br />17 <br />mination, wattage, and any light shields and shades. <br />18 <br />i. <br />Construction documents showing the dimensions, materials, and required details <br />19 <br />of construction including loads, stress, and anchors. These documents shall be <br />20 <br />signed and stamped by a licensed design professional. <br />21 Sec. 108-250 — Electrical permit requirements. <br />22 All electronic messaging centers and illuminated signs must obtain an electrical permit, in ac- <br />23 cordance with Minnesota Electrical Code.
