<br />1. Recommendation: <br /> <br />Mr. Hamborg's current proposal is for a total of 3,760 square feet of accessory building space; <br />2,900 square feet is allowed. If the recent amendment to City Code had followed through with a <br />500 square foot increase (in addition to the 36 square foot round up) to all remaining parcel size <br />categories exceeding 2.5 acres, then a 4 acre parcel would be allowed 3,400 square feet. On that <br />basis, City Staff would recommend approval of a permit for an overage limit of 500 square feet <br />rather than the 860 square feet requested. It is noted that there is a fair amount of tree screening <br />on the nearest property line to the proposed building. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt of Findings of Fact #06-11- relating to <br />request for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory building which would cause an <br />overage of maximum square feet allowed. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt of Resolution #06-11-_ to approve the <br />conditional use permit request, contmgent on the above stated items, based on the findings of <br />fact, and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council deny of the conditional use permit, based on the <br />Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Assistant Community Development Director <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />PC: 11/02/06 <br /> <br />2 <br />
